Gordana Škaljac Narančić of Croatian Radio Television (HRT) has been appointed the new Secretary General of CIRCOM Regional during the Annual Assembly meeting held in Tampere, Finland, on November 29, 2025.

Gordana brings in an extensive experience in media production and project management. Since 1999, she has worked as a journalist and editor at HRT. She is trained in journalism, media production, and social and digital media.

She has been the National Coordinator for Croatia in CIRCOM Regional since 2018 and was also a member of the Executive Committee and the Training Group. Currently, she is a Trainer for two CIRCOM's workshops: 'Stepping Up', aimed at women leaders, and 'Leading Through Change'. Since 2023, she has been the Internal Auditor of CIRCOM Regional.

The previous Secretary General, Fernando R. Ojea, CSAG Galicia and Forta, Spain, served the association for ten years. His work has provided a solid foundation for CIRCOM's continued development and international cooperation. The association expresses its gratitude for his contributions and dedication. Fernando Ojea will continue to be part of the CIRCOM family as the new Individual Member.

In her new role, Gordana Škaljac Narančić aims to maintain continuity, support members in their activities, and further develop CIRCOM’s projects through effective coordination and management.
