CIRCOM Regional members are invited to join the EuroPCom event in Brussels organised by the European Committee of the Regions - check the programme of the event.

During this event, on Thursday 9th November, CIRCOM Regional has been given the opportunity to organize a 3-hour workshop to learn about new storytelling techniques focused on the upcoming European Elections while engaging actors on the ground.
CIRCOM will take this occasion to present results of our workshops about new ways to tell stories to reach new audiences. There will also be an open discussion on how to adapt these approaches to local and regional information about European Elections and Cohesion Policy (examples in regions, especially citizenship co-productions, showcase of stories…).

12 journalists from CIRCOM member countries (one delegate per country of the European Union) are given the opportunity to attend this workshop and, of course, are welcome to take part in all the other EUROPCom events also. 5 pleaces are still available.
All costs (flight and accommodation) will be covered by the European Committee of the Regions. However journalists shouldn’t buy any tickets or make hotel reservations themselves. The way to proceed is to send CIRCOM the name of the journalist interested by the event and we will then transmit the information to the CoR who will make all the necessary arrangements - email to This email address is being protected from spambots. This will be a chance for delegates to join the dedicated media programme and cover the multitude of workshops and key events. It’s also a unique chance to join the largest and most influential annual event on regional and urban development in the European Union, connecting politicians, academics, experts and citizens with an interest in EU Cohesion Policy.
